All sales are final due to customizations. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com within a week of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Explain the details as to what you are unsatisfied with and include images. (you will be responsible for shipping items back to us if you chose the wrong size or color. If there is an issue from us such as damaged items we will be responsible for correcting the problem and sending the new improved items.) Anything after 7 days will not be eligible for an exchange. We will respond within 24-48 hours.
